Lynn’s self-described design aesthetic is “not defined by a specific style, but more by a design philosophy: to create refined, but approachable, spaces that are a reflection of the people who live in them. Beautiful spaces are meant to be enjoyed.”
Following a career in retail and visual merchandising, and a career in corporate management, Lynn returned to her creative roots and engaged her passion for home design and interiors. In 2010, a large-scale renovation set her path in place, and led to the opening of her full-service residential design studio, Lynn Tanger Interiors, located in Northern Virginia.
Her client’s home, preferences, and lifestyle are always the “jumping off point” of her design process, as she believes your home should tell your story. With her signature attention to detail, she draws inspiration for each design engagement from the client...their art, their favorite furniture pieces, their home‘s architecture and its setting to create a curated design that is cohesive, polished and personal.

Kate brings a background in fashion, event design, and branding that shapes her approach to interiors, balancing form, function and client’s taste. Specializing in finishing and styling, she focuses on the details that bring warmth, personality, and intention to a room. With an eye for distinctive elements and an ability to curate a mix of meaningful pieces, she adds the finishing details that complete a space.
CLARA GOLDFIELD
project manager
Clara started her career in education, but a passion for design inspired a career change in 2022. After working in a major interior design showroom for three years, she brought her experience, attention to detail and organizational skills to her role as Project Manager at Lynn Tanger Interiors. Clara works with vendors through the product procurement process, including tracking, scheduling and deliveries, as well as onsite to help facilitate smooth installations.
